Valley Meals currently serves between 130 and 138 meals, four days each week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays). Valley Meals delivers over 520 delicious & nutritious meals each week and 26,350+ meals each year to 235 unique older adult residents.

Valley Meals delivery region is eastern Garfield County including Glenwood Springs, West Glenwood, Carbondale, Missouri Heights, El Jebel, the Crystal Valley, and the other unincorporated parts of Garfield County in-between.
